Walk The Walk

Saturday October 7th, 2017 – 8am-10am

Pima Animal Care Center – 4000 N Silverbell

Pet Talk Radio and Ina Road Animal Hospital need your help! In cooperation with the fantastic folks at Boehringer Ingelheim, we will be doing a walkout at Pima Animal Care Center on October 7th between 8am and 10am. We are looking for volunteers to come out and walk the many deserving dogs at Pima Animal Care Center. Our Radio Show – Pet Talk Radio – will be doing their show LIVE from the shelter.

Walk one, walk many, it’s up to you. There is a great park behind PACC for walking. Who knows, you might find your next forever friend(s)!

Out of the Darkness Walks

When you walk in the Out of the Darkness Walks, you join the effort with hundreds of thousands of people to raise awareness and funds that allow the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to invest in new research, create educational programs, advocate for public policy, and support survivors of suicide loss.

Thanks to Walkers and Donors like you, AFSP has been able to set a goal to reduce the annual suicide rate 20% by 2025.

AIDS Walk Tucson

AIDSWALK Tucson is a fundraiser for the care services, prevention programs, and LGBTQ initiatives of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation. We can’t do any of this without the generous support of YOU, our walkers, walker donors and sponsors. And of course, the dedication of 300 volunteers who help to make this event possible!

Salud! 2017 Signature Tasting Event

Salud! 2017 is a festive tasting event, featuring noted local restaurants, craft breweries, wine, spirits, live musical entertainment, and Gabriel’s Angels Pet Therapy Teams greeting attendees.

Gabriel’s Angels is the only program in Arizona that delivers healing pet therapy to abused, neglected and at-risk children. Gabriel’s Angels was formed in 2000 out of a pressing and documented need in the community to intervene in the lives of at-risk children. Our short-term goal is to instill in children an overall emotional sense of well-being, safety, and happiness. Our long-term aspiration is to help children learn critical core social skills necessary for a brighter, productive future.
